MAN INDICTED ON 21 COUNTS OF CHILD PORNOGRAPHY PRODUCTION: MCSO, WKRG.COM
Mobile, AL - — A federal grand jury indicted a man Feb. 28 on nearly two dozen counts of child pornography production, according to the Mobile County Sheriff’s Office. Gary Daniel-Kyle Hay was indicted on 21 counts of child pornography production, according to an MCSO news release. The MCSO Internet Crimes Against Children Unit and FBI partners presented the case to a federal grand jury. “This is another great example of the work that our MCSO ICAC unit has done along with our federal partners in getting these very dangerous predators off our streets,” Mobile County Sheriff Paul Burch said. If Hay is convicted, he will spend the rest of his life in prison, according to the sheriff’s office. ICAC is a national network of 61 task forces that investigate, prosecute and develop responses to internet crimes against children. These task forces reportedly represent over 5,400 federal, state and local law enforcement agencies.
