Oswego County, NY - New York State Police arrested a Central Square man for sex crimes against children on Jan. 23. State Police announced the arrest of Nolan R. Ostrowski, 25. He is facing felony charges of promoting a sexual performance by a child and possession of sexual performance by a child. He is also facing misdemeanor charges of obscenity and public lewdness. Police said the investigation stemmed from an Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force search warrant related to the transmission of child sexual exploitation material on the Internet. Ostroski was transported to Oswego County CAP Court to await centralized arraignment.
